“Please, Ivan. I can't do this anymore!” you pleaded over the phone.

You sat on the bed in your room. You had just taken a shower and decided to call before going to breakfast.

“I'll ask him sunflower. I'm actually here with him right now, just give me a minute.” Ivan said, concern in his voice.

You waited, tapping your foot on the floor impatiently.

A minute or two later and Ivan came back on the line.

“He wants you to do one last thing before you come home.” Ivan told her.

You sighed, “Fine... what is it?”

“You're at Neuschwenstein Castle right?” he asked.

“Yes.”

“My boss says that's Ludwig's personal gettaway. He often takes business there as well. People can come and go easily with all the tourists. Check his office. He's bound to have some information stored there.” he said.

“Alright, Ludwig is suppose to give me a tour today. I'll see if I get a chance to take a look.” you paused, “Ivan?”

“Da, sunflower?”

“What will your boss do, if I do find some special top secret information?” you asked.

“Use it to keep the Russian people safe and be ready if Germany ever gets power hungry again.” he said.

“But I don't think that's even possible! They're head of the European Union for goodness sake! Do you really think they would try and start World War III?!” you said exasperated.

“We just have to take precautions, sunflower. Against everyone. Germany still holds a grudge against us because of the wall.” Ivan said.

“I wonder who's fault that was.” you mumbled.

“Hey, it wasn't my decision!” Ivan said raising his voice, he never raised his voice with you.
“I know, Ivan. Just calm down.” you said softly.

“Will he use it against Germany? Would you attack them?”

There was a long pause.

Finally he spoke, “Don't worry, da. My boss knows what he's doing. Everything will be fine.”

'I'm not so sure.' you thought to yourself.

“So if you find anything, meet me tomorrow back in Berlin so you can pass it on.” Ivan said. “I've got to go, my sunflower. Goodbye!”

“Bye, Ivan.” you said before hanging up.

Resting your head in your hands, you let out a big sigh.

“Ludwig... I'm sorry.”

There was a knock at your door. It slowly opened and Eliza popped her head in.

“Hello, ready for breakfast?” she asked cheerily.

“Yeah, I'm starving.”

(Mini time-skip *these are so handy)

“So, where do you want to start the tour?” Ludwig asked.

“Anywhere, I want to see everything.” you told him excitedly.

He chuckled, “Ja...”

You started out at the top floor at one end of the castle and worked your way down and across. Ludwig was showing you every room, because each one was different. They all had the same theme though, Wager's operas. The two of you had just reached the floor above the floor where your room was. There was only one door and the two of you passed it on by.

“Hey, Ludwig? What's that room back there?” you asked.
“Huh? Oh, that's just my office, it's actually the dullest room in castle, but I like cause it's functional. Did you want to see it?” he asked.

“Yeah, sure.” you said.

Ludwig went and opened the door and showed you in.

He was right, the room lacked the artistic flair that the rest of the castle had. There were simple wooden wall bookshelves with some design at the top and large window that sat behind the desk. There was a mural on the right wall, but it was only of a simple scenery.

“It's still nice.” you told him.

“Ja, it is.” Ludwig said.

As you were in there the phone on his desk rang.

“Sorry, I need to get this.” he said reaching for the phone.

You sat down in one of the arm chairs by the bookshelf and waited for him to finish. You could tell by the tone of Ludwig's voice that he wasn't happy with whoever was on the other line. Eventually he hung up and let out a sigh.

“I'm sorry _______. There's business associate vaiting for me downstairs. He vas suppose to come tomorrow, but apparently he decided to show up today. I'm sorry...” Ludwig said.

“It's okay, it's important. I'll just go find Eliza and the others. I think I can find my way, if not I'll just ask someone.” you told him.

“Alright, I just hate this though. It's so unprofessional and it means I don't get to spend time with you.”
He said stepping closer to you.

“I know, it's so stupid.” you said hugging him around the waist.

He hugged you back, “I'll try to hurry.”

He then kissed you on the head and left the office.

After he was gone you looked around. This was your chance, as much as you hated it.

You looked through the books first, checking to see if any papers were stuffed into them or if the castle had any secret entrances, but nothing. Next you checked the drawers on the desk. In the bottom most drawer you found a folder. Unlike the other drawers which had a ton of files, there was only the one. You opened it up and almost dropped it. Yet it wasn't what you were expecting.

You wanted to scream. You were so furious. You closed the file and put it back in the drawer. Russia wasn't the only one who had been doing some spying. You needed to talk to Ivan.

Quickly leaving his office you returned to your room and picked up your cell phone.

After a couple of rings, Ivan picked up.

“Hello, sunflower,” he said sweetly, “Have you already found something?”

“Oh, I found something. We need to talk.” you said.

There was a pause, “Let's stick to the meeting time, sunflower. We can talk about it tomorrow.”

You sighed in frustration, “Fine. Tomorrow. Where are we going to meet?”

“How about Museum Island? Whoever drives you into town tomorrow should be easy to lose there.” Ivan said.

“Alright, bye Ivan.”

“Bye, my sunflower.”

You hung up and set your cellphone back on the side table. You left your room and headed down to the first floor of the castle.

Ludwig was just bidding goodbye to his business associate, when you came down. After closing the door, he turned around and saw you standing there.

“Oh, _______. I'm finished, did you vant to finish the tour?” he asked.

You nodded, “Yeah that would be great.” you said giving him a sweet smile.

“Gut, come on.” he said returning the smile.

“Hey!”

Both of you turned around to see Gilbert walking toward you.

“You can't finish the tour vithout the awesome me!”

You laughed as Ludwig faced palmed.

“Gilbert, I really would like to finish the tour with just the two of us.” Ludwig told him.

“Vhat?!” Glibert said in mock shock.

He then looked between you and Ludwig. He then gave you a wink.

“Alright I guess I'll let you two lovebirds continue by yourselves.” he said and walked away saying something in German.

Ludwig's face was tinted pink as he glanced over at you. You just smiled at him and then took his hand, causing him to turn a shade redder.

“So shall we keep going?” you asked.

Ludwig relaxed and smiled, “Ja let's keep going.”
Hooray! Finally updating! Sorry for the wait, it's been a crazy busy summer :) Well things will be getting interesting, just wait and see! Enjoy!

I do not own Germany, you or the picture.
